In response, Hindenburg has stated that it fully stands by its report and believes any legal action taken against them would be without merit. The report, which was released this week, alleged that Adani Group had used undisclosed related-party transactions and earnings manipulation to "maintain the appearance of financial health and solvency" of its listed business units. The firm also stated that they would welcome any legal action taken by Adani Group and would use the discovery process to demand documents.

Randeep Hooda's directorial debut 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar' teaser sparks controversy over historical claims. The film delves into the life of Veer Savarkar, a prominent politician, activist, and writer.



However, Hooda's statement regarding Savarkar's influence on revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, and Khudiram Bose faces criticism from online users. Critics highlight historical facts that challenge the claim made in the promotional tweet.


 


Despite the controversy, Randeep Hooda, known for his notable performances in films like 'Monsoon Wedding', 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai', and 'Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster', is making his directorial debut with 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar'. The film is a collaborative production between Anand Pandit Motion Pictures, Randeep Hooda Films, Legend Studios, and Avak Films. 


Principal shooting is nearly complete, and the release of the film is scheduled for later this year.
